Terms & Conditions (Ruby Co, LLC)

Welcome to Ruby Co, LLC (“Ruby Co,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including browsing, purchasing products, and interacting with us (collectively, the “Services”).

3) Pricing, Payments, and Taxes
Pricing: Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time.
Payment: We accept payment through third-party processors (for example, Stripe/PayPal/Square). By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected method.
Taxes: Sales tax may be collected where required by law.
4) Shipping & Delivery
Processing Times: Processing times vary and may be stated on product pages or during checkout. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Estimates: Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.
Lost/Delayed Packages: Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delays may occur. If your package shows delivered but you can’t locate it, check with household members/neighbors and contact the carrier first. Then contact us so we can help where possible.
5) Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Because many apparel items are made-to-order or customized, returns and exchanges may be limited.

Promo Codes: Promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot always be added after purchase. Promotions may have exclusions and expiration dates.
One Offer Per Order: Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value except where required by law.
8) Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including product designs, graphics, logos, photos, text, and branding—is owned by Ruby Co, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
