What is your processing time?
Most orders are processed within 5-7 days before they ship. During new launches or sales, processing may take a little longer. The most up-to-date timeline is always shown at checkout (and in your order confirmation).
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the carrier and your location. Typical delivery is 5-7 business days after your order ships. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package is on the way.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking information to the email address used at checkout. You can also check your status anytime by visiting your dashboard order details
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes—returns/exchanges may be accepted within 15 of delivery as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if applicable). Some items—like final sale or customized pieces—may not be eligible. Contact us to begin a return request.Â
What if my item arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
How do your items fit? Do you have a size chart?
Fit can vary by style. We include a size chart on each product page and recommend comparing measurements to something you already own. If you’re between sizes, we typically suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has begun processing or shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it—but we’ll always do our best to help.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes! Restocks depend on demand and availability. If an item is sold out, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page (when available) or contact us to ask about a specific style.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If local pickup is available, you’ll see it as an option at checkout. Pickup details and timing instructions will be sent once your order is ready.
